Community Impact Solutions has partnered with the Enterprise Center of Johnson County (ECJC) to create a 6-Module Business Survival Series. Each session will cover a specific topic from strategy to financial forecasting, cash flow, customer engagement, operations management, sales and marketing all tailored to fit the uncertain times we're in.
Module 1 - Focusing on Success: Reality vs Strategy
